Sales Specialist

SALES SPECIALIST We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our products/services by identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. ABOUT THE COMPANY At Xtreme! RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings. Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address those needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each client. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and updates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors. COMPETENCIES Proven track record of successful sales experience in [mention industry or relevant sector]. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a consultative sales approach. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma 2 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Valid driver's license PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
