As an After Office Hours Social Worker, you will provide essential care to a diverse outpatient population in our Pediatric Behavioral Health After Hours Center. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful services during evenings and weekends-when access to care is often most needed. You'll work closely with patients and families to assess needs, provide intervention, and care coordination while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the psychosocial needs of patients and their families.

What You'll Do

• Deliver behavioral health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in an after-hours setting (walk-in and call-ahead)
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for at-risk patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Provide behavioral health consultations and recommendations to support treatment planning
• Coordinate with the Integrated Care Manager and ancillary staff to facilitate appropriate referrals and services
• Support patients and families by addressing psychosocial needs through care planning and resource connection

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (M.S.W.)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (L.M.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), or eligibility required
• 3+ years of relevant post-master's experience

Early Career Opportunity:
Recent M.S.W. graduates who are L.M.S.W.-eligible are encouraged to apply! Candidates may be appointed at the entry-level (SL2) with a commensurate salary upon obtaining a Limited Permit. Licensure (L.M.S.W.) must be obtained within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with the child/adolescent patient population preferred.

Work Days:

• Evening and weekend shifts
• Monday-Friday: Between 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Weekends: Between 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling within these ranges to include 1 weekend day requirement a week

Salary Range: $71,500-$89,721 (based on education and experience)
