By embracing these values, we create meaningful connections that fuel our success and cultivate an environment where ideas thrive and individuals are empowered.Summary: The Warehouse Attendant supports efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations through receiving, inventory control, material movement and order fulfillment activities. This role is responsible for unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately recording received goods, organizing inventory and performing regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity. The Warehouse Attendant plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment while following company procedures and standards.Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments verifying contents against packing slips and invoicesAccurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment or deliveryAccurately pick and stage components and materials for production orders in accordance with daily manufacturing schedules and bill of materials requirementsLabel and store items in designated locationsProcess receipts and inventory transactions using the ERP systemAssist in inventory counts and maintain accurate recordsOperate forklift, pallet jack or other warehouse equipment safely and properlyReport inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to SupervisorSupport loading/unloading of trucks and containers as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, docks and storage areasComply with all safety guidelines, policies and proceduresAssist with other tasks as directed by SupervisorRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to accurately perform receiving, inventory and material handling tasks1-2 Years of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience1-2 Years ERP system experience, Epicor preferredPhysical RequirementThis position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching above shoulder level, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 50-75lbs. This position requires the use of a computer, printer, copier, writing utensils, pallet jack, electric forklift and ladder, and may require work at heights up to 20 feet. Employees may be exposed to temperature changes, dust and automotive exhaust within the warehouse environment. These physical requirements must be performed with or without accommodation.
