Long-Term Caregiver Needed – Rancho Santa Fe Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver for a male client with Parkinsons in Rancho Santa Fe. Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Long-term, ongoing position with opportunity for growth for the right person Care needs include: Assistance with morning routine and personal care Standby assistance with showering and toileting Meal preparation and medication reminders Mobility and fall-risk supervision Light housekeeping and occasional errands Companionship and safety monitoring The client has Parkinson's and dementia. Applicants must be reliable, patient, comfortable providing hands-on assistance, and have a valid driver’s license. Client Information We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable CNA caregiver for a male client with advanced Parkinson's disease and dementia. The client uses a walker and is unsteady, forgetful, and at high risk for falls. He remains independent with dressing, grooming, and most personal care but requires close supervision and non-medical assistance to remain safe at home. Responsibilities Provide standby assistance with showers and personal hygiene Assist with safe mobility while using his walker Follow fall precautions and closely monitor his safety Prepare meals and provide hydration reminders Provide transportation to appointments and errands Offer companionship and meaningful engagement Provide general supervision and well-being checks Qualifications Current CNA certification (A Plus) Strong professional caregiving experience Experience with Parkinson's disease and dementia preferred Knowledge of fall prevention and safety precautions Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Compassionate, patient, attentive, and dependable Able to pass a background check Committed to a consistent, long-term schedule Benefits Competitive pay Consistent, ongoing hours Supportive office and caregiving team Positive and caring work environment Meaningful opportunity to support a client and his family #J-18808-Ljbffr
