• Physician Led organization with Exceptional Culture/Collegiality
• 118 licensed beds, 10 bed ICU, 7 OR's, Davinci Robot
• Take over established practice from retiring physician; Turn Key
• Receive 100% patient referrals
• Average 4 to 5 surgical cases weekly
