Occupational Therapist

Oceanside Care Center is hiring a full time contract licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent care in our facility. Candidates must have good organizational and time management skills. 2 years experience in long term care preferred. 5 Star work environment along with amazing leadership! . All employees are required to be vaccinated and wear a mask in the building. Job description: Evaluate Residents & develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. Choose activities that will help the Residents to carry out their daily works independently. Monitor Residents as they carry out the task given to them. Observe & assess Residents' progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. Help in rehabilitating Residents disabled as a result of injury, illness, or other problems. Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to the team effort.
