Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support Position Details This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 22361 Gilberto; Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week - The start time for this position is between 5 am and 7 am (PST). Contract Duration: 23 months. The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Keysight's industry-leading electronic measurement equipment. Duties In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position. Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use Strong manual dexterity High-volume parts inspection and handling Microscopic inspection Part Cleaning and handling Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read and converse in English Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Pay Transparency This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $25.00/hour - $25.00/hour W-2.
