We welcome applicants who: Are an undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028. Must be able to begin full-time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2028 - August 2028. Have a minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) at an accredited 4-year college or university. Are business proficient in English. As an Account Analyst intern, you’ll work alongside Account Associates and broader client servicing teams to support timely, high-quality service across a range of investment strategies. You’ll gain exposure to economic and market analysis, portfolio structures, performance attribution, client reporting, and the ways data, automation, and AI-enabled tools help improve workflows and generate insights. Throughout the summer, you’ll build relationships across teams, strengthen your analytical and communication skills, and gain a strong foundation for a potential long-term career in client management, product strategy, or other client-facing roles. The PIMCO Internship Experience: The PIMCO Internship is a 10-week program that runs from early June to mid-August, with the expectation that you will be available for the full duration of the program. During Week 1, you’ll participate in PIMCO Fundamentals Training, providing you with the skills, knowledge, and relationships that will prepare you for success. Alongside your colleagues, participate in PIMCO’s Global Month of Volunteering, developed to heighten the impact of our employees’ worldwide volunteer efforts.
