Key Responsibilities Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with ownership and accountability Adapt onboarding strategies for moderately complex clients Coordinate internal teams, anticipate client needs, and mitigate risks Utilize onboarding tools and data to track progress and identify trends Collaborate with senior team members to review feedback and improve processes Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3+ years of project management experience and 2+ years leading client-facing projects Strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and risk management skills Experience with onboarding tools like GuideCX or Smartsheet (preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification preferred Excellent relationship management and communication abilities Additional Information The role involves on-site or hybrid work and offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health coverage, 401(k), paid parental leave, and pet benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tharp Consulting
