By performing your duties effectively, you contribute directly to our delivery performance and uphold the reliability that defines Danfoss solutions. Starting Pay: $17.00–$17.50/ hr. $1.50 shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift + sign‑on bonus up to $2500. The areas we actively hiring Material Handlers are in: Distribution. 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM 4th Shift: Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work 36 hours but get paid for 40. What You’ll Be Doing Provide materials and components to production lines to enable teams to achieve daily manufacturing goals. Receive, stock, retrieve, and stage parts to ensure inventory accuracy and organization. Utilize handheld RF scanners to locate, track, and confirm part numbers and quantities. Package, label, and prepare materials for internal production and outbound shipments. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficient material flow. What We're Looking For Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to accurately interpret shop orders, part numbers, and fundamental instructions. Willingness to utilize or learn to utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding safety standards. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential. Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
