Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue; lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch; deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage proactive lead generation and referral generation; leverage bank product knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households; translate client information into actionable sales strategies and tactics; generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners; and use tools and protocols to maximize results. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI; work across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage; identify the best resources to meet client needs; and hold partners accountable for routine updates and follow‑up. Differentiate client experience and hospitality through advanced conversation skills; deliver client well‑being via tailored solutions aligned with deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing; solve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary; act as an advocate across product, support, operations, and other departments. Collaborate with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities, creating referrals; work closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities. Create client loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experiences; perform lobby engagement; educate clients on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources; apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within limits; maintain heightened scrutiny to prevent loss; and participate in efficient and accurate branch daily operations.
