Job TitleDuties & ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresActively participate in safety programsHelp meet or exceed production, waste, and qualityTroubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptimeCommunicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needsFlexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidaysWorking in high and/or confined spacesPerforming tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environmentBasic QualificationsUS work authorization5-10 years of Millwright ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDExperience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipmentBasic knowledge of using computer for record keepingPreferred Qualifications10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experienceExperience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps & lubricationExperience with using precision measuring toolsWhat Will Put You AheadMillwright Nccer CertificationBasic Equipment Vibration Analysis
