Student Pastor

Northside Baptist Church in Victoria, Texas, is seeking a Student Pastor with a passion for Christ, a love for students, and a heart for building a gospel-centered, Scripture-rooted ministry. We are looking for someone who is eager to disciple students, reach the next generation, and engage local schools and families with the gospel. While ministry experience and theological education are preferred, we are open to candidates who are currently pursuing education or seeking their first full-time ministry opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a student ministry with access to two large public high schools (Victoria East and Victoria West), multiple feeder middle schools, and a strong private school presence. We are looking for a relational leader who is teachable, outreach-minded, and excited to invest deeply in students and families while serving alongside a healthy and growing church staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
