What You'll Do

1. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations on a daily basis.
2. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
3. Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance activities to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
4. Installation & Modification: Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
5. Success Metrics: Success will be measured by equipment uptime, safety compliance, and the ability to quickly resolve maintenance issues.

What You'll Bring Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw.
• Skills in welding and fabrication tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.
• Previous experience working 2nd shift or in a manufacturing environment.

Competitive Compensation: $28.00-$34.00 hourly pay rate based on technical experience.
