Store Manager - Jet's Pizza

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Manager to join our team at Jet's Pizza off Olio Rd! You'll help run the day-to-day operations, help lead a great team, and make sure every customer leaves happy. This is an owner-operated location with a great team culture and real opportunities to grow with us as we expand in the Indiana market.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate the team to hit sales goals and deliver great customer service
Handle daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory
Train new team members on operations, POS systems, and customer service
Handle customer questions and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For

Some management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery
A natural leader who can motivate a team and help people grow
Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling
Organized, able to multitask, and great with people

Pay & Benefits

$14-19 per hour based on experience
Free meals every shift
50% employee discount outside of work
Flexible scheduling

REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years old
