Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience, preferably in ICU. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and ventilator/monitoring skills. Ability to respond quickly in high-acuity situations and work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
