**Pay Range:**$34.00 - $51.00Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care team. Position Specifics: Department: Emergency Department Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 36 hours/week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekend and holiday rotation Facility: St. Anthony’s Hospital Location: Effingham, IL Sign On Bonus: Up to $15,000 for external candidates Compensation: Compensation that aligns with your experience, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends **Education Qualifications*** Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.* Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.**Experience Qualifications*** Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.**Certifications, Licenses and Registrations*** Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.* Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.* Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours:36Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
