Physical Therapist (PT) Hauppauge, NY | $55$57/hr | Flexible Schedule | 46 Month Contract
We are actively hiring a Physical Therapist for a 46 month assignment in Hauppauge, NY, covering a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility and work-life balance on Long Island.
Compensation $55 $57/hour (based on experience)
Schedule Monday Friday Approx. 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active New York State Physical Therapist License
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
