School Nurse Position

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to hire school nurses. Qualifications:

• Pennsylvania LPN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting

School Health Office LPN Contract Details:

• $32.70 - $35.20 per hour
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Nurse will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
• Maintaining student records while complying with state and federal screenings
• Promoting education and wellness initiatives
