Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience or strong interest in school settings, specifically with elementary (K-5) students
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for various speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to create engaging, individualized interventions that help students reach their goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to K-5 students within a supportive school setting
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual student goals as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports to share with families and educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to goal setting and progress monitoring
