Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, co-workers, and other Commerce lines of business Uncover customers’ financial needs and educate them on appropriate solutions Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Listen actively and recommend products and services based on customer needs Achieve individual and team sales and service goals Establish relationships with internal departments and refer customers to bank specialists for complex financial needs Interact with customers in person and through proactive phone calls Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required 1+ years sales or customer service experience required Experience working in an environment with individual and team sales goals preferred Strong sales skills Ability to provide an excellent customer experience in person and over the phone Ability to meet personal and branch sales and customer service expectations Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Adaptability and optimistic outlook aligned with company culture and Core Values Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future Must authorize an investigatory consumer report disclosing credit history if considered Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales skills and the ability to provide excellent customer experiences both in person and over the phone.
