Business Analyst
Location: Miami FL/White Plains, NYC/ Remote – Onsite Preferred
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in product-focused environments and familiarity with technical development processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to aviation or airline operations and will be comfortable working in dynamic, Agile-driven teams. Candidates with prior airline industry experience and willingness to work onsite at one of the listed locations will receive strong consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements.
- Support end-to-end project execution across SDLC using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
- Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap refinement, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in project management activities including tracking progress, risk identification, and reporting.
- Facilitate documentation, requirement gathering sessions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Product and Business Analysis.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
- Experience with project management principles and tools.
- Aviation or airline industry experience, highly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate closely with development teams; familiarity with software development concepts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
