Supportive, collaborative, drama-free team Beautiful small-town practice surrounded by Sonoma County's scenic landscape Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities Competitive pay based on experience A workplace where your contributions truly matter Pay: $26-$32/hour DOE Benefits (for Eligible Employees) 401(k) with employer match Paid sick leave Employee pet care discounts Uniform allowance Supportive leadership and opportunities to continue learning What You'll Do Depending on your experience and credentials, responsibilities may include: Assist veterinarians with appointments, treatments, and procedures Place IV catheters and monitor anesthesia Perform dental cleanings and obtain quality dental radiographs Prepare patients for surgery and assist during procedures Calculate medication dosages and fluid rates Provide compassionate nursing care to hospitalized patients Safely restrain patients and assist with diagnostics Maintain accurate medical records Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and running efficiently Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and our patients What We're Looking For Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred Experienced Veterinary Technicians and experienced Veterinary Assistants are encouraged to apply Ideally at least 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital Strong technical and patient care skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and committed.
