Physical Therapy Aide

Position Summary Physical Therapy Aide – Part of the Ivy Rehab Network in New Jersey. The aide supports clinic operations by keeping equipment and clinic areas safe and clean, and assists the front office with phone answering, copay collection, patient check‑in, and communication with patients and families. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment and ensure equipment is ready for patient care. Answer phone calls and provide courteous customer service to patients and families. Collect copays, check in patients, and coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow. Support front‑office operations by communicating with staff and patients as needed. Assist with administrative tasks to support high‑quality care and patient outcomes. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a bedside manner. Outstanding time management and multitasking ability. Proven customer service and patient care experience. Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
