Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead, you will perform the final assembly of product. We are looking for a driven Assembler Electrical/Hydraulic II to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders. What You'll Do Fit, align, calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet close tolerances and strict inspection standards Interpret and work from drawings and specifications Test and inspect assembled units Monitor output Maintain product quality standards Continuous improvement, a customer first mindset and strict adherence to our quality processes Pull parts based on product needs Understand standard aspects of assembly Keep pace with production expectations Assist with training in new employees Work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additional duties as needed. Experience 1 3 years of experience Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time. Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
