Maintenance Mechanics

PAY RATE: $24.28/HR - $35.32/HR
Locals Only, NO Per Diem offered

Job Description/Duties :

• Maintain, repair, inspect, install, rebuild and construct all types of power plant equipment and structures.
• Compile information and generate reports, forms, and documents as required.
• Layout rigging and blocking to include direct erection work.
• Mark blueprints to show applicable field changes.



Qualifications/Required Skills :

• 3-5 years of experience in a heavy industrial/power plant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic power plant operations and Lock out/Tag out systems
• Must be observant, have normal color vision acuity, and able to detect abnormal operations through sight, sound, and smell.
• Lift 50 pounds, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High School diploma or GED.
