Reporter

The Glendive Ranger-Review is looking for a general assignment reporter to provide coverage for its print edition, digital platforms and social media channels. The reporter’s primary focus will be covering a variety of news beats in Glendive and Terry, Montana, and the surrounding communities and contributing to enterprise news stories throughout the eastern Montana region. This position reports to the editor of the Glendive newspaper. Essential Skills And Experience Strong English language skills, both written and verbal. Experience with digital platforms and social media strategy are important. Community engagement experience – in person and on social networks, being a professional ambassador for the news organization in the community. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Photography skills preferred.
