Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of two focused on building a positive, welcoming culture from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the wine industry as a Director. With my father-in-law being a longtime State Farm agent, I saw firsthand the impact this career can have on families and communities, which inspired me to pursue this path. I come from a first responder family (my husband is a firefighter) and service is something that means a lot to us. We stay involved locally through our Chamber of Commerce and plan to sponsor a t-ball team as we continue to grow our community presence. We offer holidays, PTO, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a unique health and mental wellness reimbursement of up to $500 per year. Lyndsie Debonis - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
