Cure Blindness Project is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead global People strategy, talent development, and workforce planning. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to align people priorities with our mission to cure avoidable blindness, while guiding global HR operations, compliance, and Total Rewards across regions.
The role reports to the CEO and involves managing a U.S.-based team with dotted-line support for Asia and Africa, plus domestic and international travel.
