Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
• Clinical documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
