3rd shift - 11:00 pm - 7:15 am (Sun-Thurs)

Pay & Total Rewards

The pay range for this position is $20.25-$28.35 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

Position Summary

As a Level III Clean Room Associate, you'll use your assembly experience to work independently, support complex valve assembly and testing, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently. You'll set up equipment, troubleshoot product or process issues with limited support, perform quality checks, and contribute ideas that improve safety, quality, and delivery. This role is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in precise work, enjoys solving problems, and is ready to grow as a cleanroom technical resource.

What You'll Do

Your day will include a variety of responsibilities that keep production running safely and efficiently, including:

• Perform complex assembly and testing with a high level of independence.
• Set up equipment and complete single and multiple valve assembly.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product, process, or test issues with limited support.
• Support cleanroom testing requirements, including particle testing where applicable.
• Manage materials carefully and maintain accurate traceability and production records.
• Use SAP or related production systems to document work accurately.
• Suggest improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

What Makes You Successful

• High school diploma or GED.
• Assembly experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, standard work, and quality requirements.
• Comfort using calipers or other basic measuring tools.
• Ability to recognize product defects and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Experience supporting assembly, testing, packaging, and product traceability.
• Working knowledge of SAP, electronic documentation, or similar production systems.
• Mechanical aptitude, careful part handling, and commitment to clean, safe work.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Regularly use hands for repetitive assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to established departmental limits.
• Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and stoop.
• Maintain visual focus for detailed inspection and precision assembly work.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements.
