Plumbing Service Manager - Commercial/Industrial:

THIS IS A DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Shift/Hours: M-F 7am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate : $100k to 125k/year DOE
Location: Denver, CO 80216
Experience: 6 months preferred.

They are looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to provide leadership and oversight for all service department related activities. Position also incorporates managing the overall sales of the service division, mentoring sales staff, and direct selling and project management to ensure high quality outcomes.

Plumbing Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the service operations department.
• Provide planning, forecasting, decision making and leadership to maintain company standards and exceed established goals.
• Train and supervise Service Techs on expectations and standards of conduct, technical issues, and customer relations.
• Maintain 100% OSHA compliance and safety awareness and standards.
• Manage, review, and monitor technician reporting requirements.
• Assist technicians as projects require.
• Project and maintain staffing standards to achieve goals.
• Perform service and installation tasks as necessary to provide customer satisfaction and achieve goals.
• Train and manage sales staff to achieve budgeted sales plan.
• Attend and participate in marketing plans and meetings.
• Coordinate and manage on-call schedules.
• Participate in rotational after-hours dispatching (OT).
• Other administrative, opening, closing duties as assigned.

Plumbing Service Manager Requirements:

• 2-3 years service tech experience in plumbing/mechanical/HVAC.
• Experience in leading and supervising teams, preferably in the service industry.
• Service selling experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a high-volume service environment.
