Our organization is actively looking for an Outpatient Pediatrician to become a part of our expanding team at the Alliance Health Clinic Pediatric division.
Details of Your Role as a PediatricianWorking Hours: The practice operates from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility available for those who require different hours.
Weekly Patient Interaction: You will engage with patients for a total of 40 hours each week, which includes 36 hours in the clinic and 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks. The daily target for patient encounters is between 20 to 25, depending on the duration of each visit. Additionally, your responsibilities will include rounding on inpatient newborns.
The TeamYou will be joining a supportive and collaborative group of physicians and advanced practice providers. Our office is conveniently located at 2700 W. Lafayette Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46806.

Our pediatricians work closely with parents to promote the healthy growth and development of children and adolescents. Beyond treating illnesses, our skilled pediatricians conduct wellness examinations, administer vaccinations, and monitor developmental and behavioral milestones, partnering with families to support their child's health journey.
