If you have industrial maintenance experience and enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, apply today for an immediate interview opportunity.Pay & SchedulePay Rate: $38.00/hour1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMAlternative Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts 4 Days On / 3 Days Off4 Days On / 7 Days Off7:00 AM - 7:00 PMWhy Join Us?Competitive PayComprehensive Benefits Package401(k) and Retirement PlansMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Employee DiscountsTuition ReimbursementStrong Team EnvironmentCareer Growth OpportunitiesJob ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.Inspect machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues before breakdowns occur.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems.Repair and replace conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and power transmission components.Maintain industrial ovens and mobile equipment.Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical drawings.Complete maintenance work orders, inspection reports, and documentation.Use hand tools, power tools, mills, lathes, and shop equipment.Perform welding and fabrication work when required.Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout procedures and machine safety standards.Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and support operations.Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history logs.Required Qualifications2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience for B Mechanic level.5+ years of industrial maintenance experience for A Mechanic level.Experience maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission systems.Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Strong math and measurement skills.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Knowledge of machine safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and hot work practices.Ability to complete maintenance documentation accurately.Preferred QualificationsWelding and fabrication experience.Experience using mills, lathes, and machining equipment.Experience maintaining industrial ovens and mobile equipment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.Work EnvironmentManufacturing facility environment.Non-climate-controlled setting with hot and humid conditions.Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and wet surfaces.Physically active, hands-on role.Required PPE includes: Steel-toe bootsSafety glassesHearing protectionGlovesHead protection (as required)Apply today to join a leading manufacturing company offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities!Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of West Deptford, NJ.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $74880.00/yr.
