Job Description

Reporting into the Director of Billing and working in a small team, main duties and responsibilities of the Billing Analyst will include the following:

Prepare and process accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors
Analyze and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes
Maintain detailed and organized billing records for audit and reporting purposes
Provide support for month-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition
Assist in developing and implementing new billing systems and procedures
Generate and review invoices to ensure adherence to company policies and client agreements
Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries regarding billing and account status.

This role is a long term, hourly position, between 38 and 40 hours a week, with opportunity for overtime. This is a HYRBID role with at least 2 days/ week in office.

The Successful Applicant
