Collections / Receptionist

Now Hiring: Collections / Receptionist This position is responsible for working towards collecting accounts receivable. The individual must be able to navigate computers to review customer accounts and log collection efforts. The preferred (but not required) candidate will be familiar with Service Titan software. Pay is contingent upon years of experience and previous employer’s reference. Responsibilities Make collection calls, timely follow‑up and maintain notes in the computer on collection efforts. Provide customer support with booking appointments, taking payments over the phone, making job folders and dispatching service technicians as needed. Hours are Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Experience Preferred: High School Diploma or GED Experience working in HVAC/Construction office preferred but not required. Ability to navigate and use computers is required. Strong skills and knowledge in collections and timely follow‑ups. Ability to prioritize, problem‑solve and multitask is required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision. This position will require a background check.
