Sr Project Manager

Position Summary This position is responsible for managing a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects, including providing coaching and performance feedback. In addition, this role serves as the primary point of contact for the project. Position Details Develop client relationships by providing project status updates to clients and leadership. Partner with management to develop and implement project strategies. Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for the project. Participate in project meetings with internal departments to discuss project schedule and issues as needed. Partner with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of the project is on schedule. Delegate work and serve as a mentor to the project team. Provide coaching and performance feedback as necessary. Qualifications Four‑year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience. Minimum 10 years’ experience. Expert knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., and all design engineering aspects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, and general contractors. Proven ability to manage multiple larger complex projects. Strong public speaking ability. Ability to present proposals to clients. Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel.
