Manufacturing Assembler - $16/hr, Temp-to-Hire with OT (03103)

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Manchester, NH to bring on additional team members across multiple departments. These are full-time opportunities available on all shifts, ranging from entry-level roles to highly skilled positions.

Location: Manchester, NH

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17.00 – $22.00+/hour (based on role and experience)
• 2nd Shift: $18.00 – $24.00+/hour (based on role and experience)
• 3rd Shift: $18.00 – $25.00+/hour (based on role and experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting production operations through machine operation, assembly, or material handling
• Performing inspections and ensuring products meet quality standards
• Troubleshooting equipment and supporting maintenance functions (for skilled roles)
• Following work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experienced candidates in machining, maintenance, tooling, or electrical roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of aa team
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills (for technical roles)
