Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience history in another restaurant and/or other industry role
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive work environment for everyone
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures
• Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in-house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance
• Work in both front of house and kitchen roles to serve guests with excellence
• Create emotional connections with guests
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
• Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention
• Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations
