THE JOB The Sr. Director of Business and Finance develops and implements the annual agency budgets, grant budgets, financial reports, and has responsibility for daily management of agency revenue, billing, and program utilization management. Maintains and reports statistical data on program fiscal operations for internal and external review. They are an active member of the Senior Leadership Team. They will provide direction, oversite, and supervision of Director of Billing, Director of Revenue Integrity, Director of Housing Operations, and manages the external relationship with the agency outsource finance department at HBE.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration, accounting or related field. Master's Degree preferred.

• 3-5 years experience in finance or financial management or business operations management.

• Working knowledge of accounts receivables, payables, medical billing, and governmental accounting.

• Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance service delivery ad regulations.

• Experience with multi-level funding sources, federal grant programs, 501(c)3 compliance.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)

• At least 21 years of age
