Senior Manager, Clinical Lab Project Management

Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager to oversee clinical laboratory project and program management across its therapeutic portfolio. The role involves coordinating laboratory deliverables, managing timelines and risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support early and late-stage clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical laboratory portfolio across trials; review operations timelines and identify risks
• Serve as subject matter expert on central and specialty laboratory processes for internal partners
• Track biomarker strategy delivery schedules and create mitigation plans for clinical programs
• Oversee laboratory operations goals, testing schedules, and data generation across portfolio
• Design and implement process improvements for clinical laboratory project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, or governmental industry experience
• Minimum 5 years clinical trials experience with focus on clinical sample collection
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics
• Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic laboratory operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of science and technology in clinical study context
