What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to surgical patients in the OR setting
• Assist during various surgical procedures, maintaining sterile techniques
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical care
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior OR nursing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Additional certifications related to perioperative nursing
