Manager, Accounting and Financial Advisory Services

Participate in projects involving GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management Supervise, develop, and train staff on engagements Participate actively in project work and provide hands‑on support Interact directly with senior managers and partners on client and engagement management Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through outstanding client service Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated parties Participate in internal and external training sessions and networking events Assist with campus recruiting, experienced candidate referrals, and the firm's Employee Referral Bonus Program Deliver practical financial reporting process improvements and technical analysis for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors Requirements 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory service line Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related Certified public accountant (CPA), or CMA Knowledge and ability to use appropriate tools, applications, and accounting and finance concepts to facilitate analysis Current GAAP advisory knowledge and application Exposure to Middle Market financial suite applications such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, and IntAcct, including functionality, workflows, automated controls, data consolidation, reporting, and analytics Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities Advanced modeling and Excel skills Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data-driven insights Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities Excellent verbal and written communication Experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel Ability to interact with senior-level client personnel and participate in executive briefings Ability to travel approximately 25% and work in a hybrid work environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in GAAP Advisory, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, and Business Analytics, with a strong ability to conduct complex financial analysis and deliver actionable insights.
