As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for taking customer phone calls, managing service technicians schedules and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customers for services calls, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails to get their service needs met and scheduled as needed
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
• Analyze transportation routes and schedules to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette while interacting with clients and technicians to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and learn new programs and or software.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions regarding logistics operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications.
