Senior Counsel — Housing & Inclusionary Zoning (Boston)

A municipal legal department is seeking an Assistant Corporation Counsel III to provide legal support for housing programs, particularly the Inclusionary Zoning initiative. Responsibilities include advising on legal issues, negotiating legal terms, and representing the City in court. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate and 4-6 years of legal experience, preferably with supervisory duties. Strong writing, legal research, and communication skills are essential. Boston residency is required.
