What You Bring:

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience, with proven expertise in pediatric hematology/oncology.
• BMT experience preferred but not mandatory; experience in Hem/Oncology is essential.
• Current active RN license required at the time of submission.
• Certification in BLS, PALS, and APHON Chemo is mandatory.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering safe and compassionate care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional Valued Skills:

• Experience with Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) procedures.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic.
• Flexibility to work 3x12 shifts (0700-1900) on days, including every other weekend.
• Ability to work in a nicotine-free facility and comply with all vaccination requirements, including flu shot mandatory without exemptions.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Registered Nurse with proven pediatric hematology/oncology experience.
• Prior work in a NICOTINE-FREE facility and familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.

Other Requirements:

• Valid NURSYS report verifying all active RN licenses.
• Must pass drug screen and flu vaccination requirements; no exemptions accepted.
• RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included at the time of application.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and supporting team goals.
