Front Desk Associate

Job Summary Hotel: Fort Smith Courtyard, 900 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Full-time position. Compensation range: $13.50 - $14.18 per hour. Compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may vary. Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations and act as the primary problem solver for guests and teammates. Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and friendliness. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready. Qualifications Customer service experience. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently. Able to lift 50 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
