The Role You’ll lead operations, training, and franchise support to achieve 20% EBITDA , Prime Cost , and a culture of Operational Excellence. You’ll launch the Republic Training Academy , certify every team member as a Champion , and build high-performing, motivated store and management teams. This is a hands‑on leadership role — part coach, part strategist, part entrepreneur. Key Priorities Achieve and sustain 20% EBITDA and Prime Cost under 50% system‑wide. Build and scale the Gyro Republic Operating System (GROS) — playbooks, KPIs, and accountability rhythms. Launch a certification and development program for all team members. Lead side‑by‑side with store teams to model excellence and hospitality. Strengthen team building, communication, and leadership development. Drive world‑class franchise operations and field training systems. Qualifications 7–10+ years in multi‑unit QSR / fast‑casual operations. Proven success improving profitability and scaling teams. Strong grasp of P&L, labor, food cost, and performance management. Inspiring, hands‑on leader who leads through action. Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, innovate, and execute relentlessly. Compensation $60K–$90K base + performance‑based phantom equity tied to KPIs.
