Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.45 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report security-related issues to site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate. Assist with de-escalation, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with site personnel during routine operations and/or unexpected events. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
