If you're looking for meaningful work in a supportive, collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.Position SummaryThe Accounts Payable Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments while supporting the Finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.What You'll DoProcess and maintain accounts payable invoices through the approval processProcess vendor payments via ACH, credit card, and checkEnsure vendor invoices are paid accurately and on timeResolve vendor payment and invoice questionsReconcile monthly corporate credit card statementsAssist with W-9 collection and vendor record maintenanceSupport monthly accounts payable accruals and general ledger reconciliationsEnter and track daily deposits and cash receiptsMaintain financial spreadsheets and supporting documentationAssist with budget preparation and financial reportingSupport grant compliance and reporting requirementsHelp identify and track fixed assetsPerform additional accounting and finance duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForEducationAssociate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredRelevant experience may be considered in place of educationExperience2–3 years of accounts payable experience requiredHealthcare accounting experience preferredSkills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyKnowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including:AccrualsJournal entriesAccount reconciliationsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with accounting software (Blackbaud Financial Edge preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWork EnvironmentThis position is based in our Lewiston office and is primarily computer-based.Physical requirements include:Sitting for extended periodsFrequent computer useOccasional standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stair climbingAbility to lift up to 25 poundsPre-Employment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, including:Physical examinationDrug screeningTB (PPD) testingProof of MMR and Varicella immunityAnnual influenza vaccinationWhy Andwell?When you join Andwell, you're joining an organization that values collaboration, compassion, and professional growth.
